These terms apply to pickup orders placed through the Mariachi Fiesta website.
1. Pickup orders
Online orders are for pickup at Mariachi Fiesta, 329 W Main St, Marshall, MN 56258. Please use the name and receipt associated with the payment when collecting your order. If timing is important or you need a large order, call (507) 532-2122 before ordering.
2. Prices and availability
Prices and availability can change. Menu prices include applicable sales tax unless checkout states otherwise. The website rechecks your items, selected options, discounts, and current Square catalog pricing before charging the card. Any optional tip is shown separately and included in the final total due. If the verified total changes, you must review and confirm it before payment. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you, offer a substitution, cancel the affected item, or issue an appropriate refund.
3. Confirmation and preparation
An order is submitted after Square reports a successful payment. Keep the on-screen confirmation or Square receipt for your records. Preparation may begin immediately. If you do not receive a success message, or you believe you were charged without a confirmed order, call the restaurant before trying again.
4. Changes and cancellations
Call as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Because food may be prepared immediately, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after preparation begins. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
5. Food allergies and special requests
Optional pickup notes are sent to restaurant staff with the Square order, but special requests and substitutions are not guaranteed. Contact the restaurant before placing an order involving an allergy or dietary restriction. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and online notes or menu descriptions cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal.
6. Alcohol
If alcoholic beverages are offered for online pickup, the purchaser and recipient must be at least 21 years old and may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification. We may refuse an alcohol pickup when age or identity cannot be verified or when required by law.
7. Payment and privacy
Payments are processed by Square. By ordering, you authorize the displayed charge and agree to Square’s applicable payment terms. Details about personal information and card handling are available in our Privacy Policy.
